Responsibilities:

  • Advise international and domestic clients on financial plans using knowledge of tax and investment strategies, securities, insurance, pension plans, and real estate.

  • Responsible for the sale and implementation of wealth management services to core clients and Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families.

  • Provide new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services and financial planning.

  • Develop asset allocation strategies driven by a rigorous due diligence and manager selection process.

  • Coordinate specialists (Investor, Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor and Wealth Advisor) to provide interdisciplinary expertise and complete wealth management solutions to our most complex clients.

  • Ensure that the proposed products and services maximize the clients' needs, goals and objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with the applicable US laws and regulations.

  • Analyze Client’s balance sheets and personal wealth to help design financial plans based on specific investment strategies to meet Clients desired level of wealth.

  • Assess the implementation of asset protection and cross-border strategies for inbound and outbound investments.

  • Understand and facilitate the implementation of wealth structures for tax efficiency, wealth preservation, and succession planning for Client’s various asset holdings.

  • Interpret ongoing changes taking place in various Latin America jurisdictions to ensure Client’s wealth structures remain compliant with local obligations on an ongoing basis.

  • Prospect and network with high net worth individuals with investible assets to grow book of business and source key clients.

  • Conduct investment proposals and reviews by delivering presentations.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; and 

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation.

  • Assessing the implementation of asset protection and cross-border strategies for inbound and outbound investments;

  • 50% domestic/ international travel, as necessary.
