We're looking for a meticulous Marketing Data Analyst to maintain and curate our marketing data, ensuring its precision and relevance for successful campaign execution. Your role will involve working closely with our Senior Marketing Operations Manager in Bangalore, maintaining the integrity of data sourced from platforms like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and more. Based in Bangalore or Gurugram, this role offers the chance to significantly contribute to our marketing efforts through expert data management.

You will:
- Data Hygiene Expertise: Actively manage and improve marketing data quality across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for efficient campaign execution.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Skillfully navigates tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo, ensuring effective integration and data consistency.
- Data Curation and Updation: Regularly update and curate data from multiple sources, aligning it with current marketing strategies and objectives.
- Collaborative Data Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to align data strategies with broader marketing goals, enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
- Analytical Insight: Utilize analytical skills to assess data quality, offering insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
You are:
- Adept in marketing ops data management, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of contact lists to lay a strong foundation for campaign success.
- Excel in analyzing marketing data, transforming raw numbers into meaningful insights that drive campaign performance and strategic decisions.
- Committed to continuous improvement, using data analysis to refine and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact and effectiveness.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in managing and curating marketing data, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficiency in marketing data platforms like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Based in Bangalore or Gurugram, with the ability to closely collaborate with our Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
