As part of our rapid growth we are looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer with a background and expertise in Identity and Access Management and managing Corporate IT Systems to join our team! 

This individual will be responsible for designing and supporting all areas of the platform and the business processes and rules that move it.  You will manage the design and implementation, the day-to-day operations, administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and configuration of identity tooling, as well as other Corporate IT systems. In this position, you will partner with HRIS, business users and other technology teams to support, grow and mature the use of identity tools and automation capabilities within the enterprise. Experience with the identity lifecycle is required. 

As a member of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to create a seamless experience for Axonius’ end-users in multiple offices around the world, research and deploy new tools and services and just flat out solve hard problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the identity platform at Axonius, adopt new features, and add value. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure the proper configuration and usage of the Identity Platform efficiently and effectively to meet company needs and to verify it is integrating well with other tools and processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in identity data models, user lifecycle, and application data management, and lead all technical aspects of engineering, maintenance, and management of the identity tools and solutions.
  • Perform hands-on design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the identity tools, including educating technical team members and users.
  • Lead and facilitate enterprise rollout of solutions that implement access policies, application provisioning\deprovisioning,and data management.
  • Partner with Security & CyberSecurity Assurance to enforce strict cross platform security and audit controls.
  • Design and implement role-based access control policies using best practices.
  • Develop and collaborate with our teams to understand test cases for provisioning use cases and user lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the internal Security team on best practices and develop designs for application integrations
  • Troubleshoot and reference 3rd party vendor support documentation on API integrations 
  • Identify needs and opportunities for automated processes and implement the processes in alignment with our security standards.
  • Collaborate with other technical and functional teams to document and support business rules, system operating procedures that pertain to identity and access management. 
  • Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with an IAM governance platform such as SailPoint, Savyint, Omada Identity Suite, etc in enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with Okta administration and configuring SAML, SSO, Automation, Provisioning, De-Provisioning of Accounts
  • 4+ years of experience with scripting languages such as C#, Python, Powershell, etc
  • Prior experience implementing an IGA tool and integration with an HRIS, such as Workday, Bamboo in enterprise environments
  • Expert understanding of SCIM protocol and API integrations 
  • Background and 6+ years of experience in IT Service Desk operations
  • Proven experience in creating automated processes and identity and lifecycle management
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to provide detailed Technical documentation is a must 
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills with ability to apply new technologies, concepts, & functionality to solve problems and implement solutions.
  • Must comprehend the relationship between company policies, business & technical processes, and procedures.
  • Availability to travel internationally when needed

BONUS: Compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, and experience. The salary range is from $140,000 to $150,000 annually plus an annual bonus, equity, and attractive benefits.
