We are looking for a motivated and talented Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with business analysts, senior developers, capability owners and project managers to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and project managers to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as objects, fields, flows and, validation rules, to optimize platform functionality.
• Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions to extend Salesforce capabilities.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce applications.
• Support ongoing maintenance and administration of Salesforce orgs, including user management, security settings, and data management tasks.
• Provide end user support and resolve incidents and issues raised by the business through the support process.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and emerging technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and principles.
• 3 -4 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and development.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
   Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications required.
• Experience with lead-to-cash domain knowledge is a plus.
