Senior Service Engineer - Medical & Laboratory Equipment

I rollen som serviceingenjör med placering i Lund (remote) blir din uppgift att utföra service och underhåll på apparater och instrument hos våra laboratoriekunder i regionen. Arbetet medför resor i tjänsten både inom Sverige men även utomlands för kurser och servicebesök.

Dina viktigaste arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden

• Kalibrera, reparera och utföra förebyggande service på främst centrifuger, inkubatorer, autoklaver, mediaberedare, plattgjutare samt enklare laboratorieutrustning.

• Rapportera utfört arbete i våra system och till kund.

• Teknisk support via telefon och mejl samt reservdelsförsäljning.

• Medverka till långsiktiga kundrelationer och att utveckla våra servicetjänster.

Din profil

• Du har utbildning inom elektronik/maskinteknik.

• Erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter är meriterande.

• För att lyckas med detta arbete krävs att du är strukturerad och trivs med att arbeta ensam såväl som i team, är praktiskt lagd och lösningsinriktad.

• Du arbetar mycket noggrant, strukturerat och självständigt.

• Du tar egna initiativ och är flexibel i ditt arbetssätt.

Dessutom krävs

• God förmåga att skriva och tala svenska såväl som engelska.

• Kunna analysera, förstå och hantera kundens problem på ett affärsmässigt sätt.

• B-körkort.

• Kunskap och praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med PC-system såsom SAP, CRM-system och MS Officepaketet, främst Excel och Word.

• Kännedom om kvalitetssäkring och mätosäkerhetsberäkningar är meriterande.

• Erfarenhet med valideringsarbete såsom IQ/OQ.
