Position Overview

Our Customer Success Design Operations team works on visible projects to guide strategic and operational success. We are a central project management office (PMO), supporting the Customer Success Design team.

In this hybrid role, you will report to the Senior Manager of the Design Operations team and support one or more project leads. You will ensure that projects are completed and help guide overall implementation of project goals. You may be asked to facilitate operational efficiency, organisational understanding, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific large- and small-scale projects that have a distinct beginning and end

• Develop project plan. Maintain plan with new information, risks, and decisions

• Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient project operations, which may include managing governance processes, and monitoring and tracking project performance

• Communicate with project lead and team members. Work with the project lead to resolve important issues

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings to manage projects

• Help prepare a variety of presentations to support the project goals

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant project management work experience

• Experience working with global / virtual teams

• Structured and efficient in planning and coordination of projects

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
