Position Overview

Do you want to help build and create the future of construction? Our Design Engineering team is part of Autodesk's “Architecture, Engineering, and Construction” (AEC) division, working on Autodesk Construction Cloud. Our team creates the design system components that are the building blocks of our user’s experience. In this position you will serve as a bridge between designers and developers, supporting cross-team standardization of our user interface. We want someone who enjoys collaborating with other developers and has a strong focus on customer experience. This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly team and make a big impact on the platform that powers a critical part of the construction workflow!

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Autodesk Design System, help determine whether components are single-use or multi-use, and provide recommendations regarding new component requests

• Design flexible and robust component APIs that are stable and easy to understand

• Mentoring the engineering team

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Collaborating with engineers and designers across the organization

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ year expertise with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React

• Experience building shared front-end components and contributing to design systems

• Experience developing product user interface design and collaborating closely with designers

• Experience collaborating with front-end mobile and desktop developers

Qualifications minimales
