We are seeking a Project Director in Henderson/Las Vegas Nevada to lead varying types of project delivery.

How will you contribute to the team?  

• Lead and support multi-discipline design teams for a variety of project types with a strategic focus on private sector client projects.
• Serve as project lead for varying types of project delivery methods including P3, D/B, traditional DBB delivery and various other types.
• Demonstrate success in managing large multi-discipline projects and possess strong leadership and people/client skills.
• Serving as a senior consultant, leading, managing and providing guidance of project analyses, preparing plans, and developing innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Demonstrated success in working with private sector clients, and specifically with master planned communities.

What will you contribute?  

• Provide industry-leading knowledge and prominence to ATKINS’ projects and initiatives.
• Support clients to formulate innovative solutions to infrastructure/site development issues.
• Provide QA/QC functions and expert advice for complex projects.
• Identify and support business development activities and proposal development.
  Function as a project lead and mentor to project teams.
• Prepare project work plans, develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct project team compliance with contract terms, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Monitor schedules, financial status of projects and quality control on projects.
• Review and prepare contract documents.

Expected compensation range is between $175,000 - $190,000 depending on skills and experience.

Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
