In a Lead Technology Security role, you will be required to work in a networking and server administration background combined with thorough troubleshooting and independent thinking skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex server hardware and analyze OS issues. 

  

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years’ experience in IP security and server administration.

• Working in a 7x24 environment, including weekends and holidays

- 2nd and 3rd shift only

• Obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

• Background in various Linux operating systems including Red Hat

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of routing protocols, switching VLAN design and setup  

• Understanding of vSphere EXSi, vCenter and other VMware technologies.

• Understanding of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop

• Scripting (Python, shell, etc.) to perform some tasks.  

• Network design and maintenance.

• IP transport principles

• Virtualization and cloud technology

• Project management skills.

• Excellent communication skills

• Hardware knowledge such as Dell, HP, IBM, Juniper, and Cisco

• Software knowledge such as Linux, VMware. and Hadoop

• Extensive experience working with servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Knowledge of AT&Ts CBB, VoIP and Mobility platforms

 

Our Lead Technology Security earns between $116,700 - $175,100 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
