Responsibilities

• Join a motivated team to address At-Bay's software and scaling needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows for automating insurance quotes.
• Collaborate with Data Science to integrate advanced technologies (NLP, OCR, ChatGPT).
• Contribute to migrating foundational flows to robust architectures.
• Work on customer-facing and internal projects, scaling web-based and infrastructural software.
• Directly work on critical company matters, building software actively used by teams and customers.
• Write well-tested, organized, and robust code for rapid organizational growth.
• Proactively handle software tasks to meet international company requirements.
• Operate in a modern software environment with continuous deployment and integration.
• Take responsibility for code quality, promptly addressing bugs and ensuring smooth operation.
• Communicate openly with other developers to solve problems and deliver high-quality code.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a backend engineer in Python.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Strong data orientation (Working with Data Teams (DS, BI, Analytics).
• Experience with Event based architecture and infrastructures such as: Kafka, Kinesis, SNS/SQS.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience in coding to cloud production environments such as AWS.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Postgresql
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Workflow development (Orkes, Temporal..) - Advantage
• Knowledge in Cyber Security/Networking- Advantage 
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes- Advantage
