Position:               Principal Product Engineer (multiple openings)

Job Location:     Astera Labs, Inc., 2901 Tasman Drive, Suite 204, Santa Clara, CA 95054 USA

The Principal Product Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Developing product qualification plans incorporating JEDEC industry requirements that are applied to our semiconductor products to release these into production.
2. Analyzing automated test data and lab data to determine statistical limits based on actual device performance that get implemented within our production test program.
3. Working with Astera Labs manufacturing vendors to ensure supply of our semiconductor devices meets our customers volume demands.
4. Developing device test plans that ensure high product quality, high device coverage and optimized product cost.
5. Providing engineer support towards customer returns by investigating failures, determining root cause and implementing preventative actions.

This position requires a U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in EE, Com Eng, CE, or a closely related field, and two (2) years of progressive professional experience as a Product Engineer, Design Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or closely related occupation.

3. V93K Advantest ATE Program Development,
4. NPI,
5. Data Analysis,
6. Semiconductor Reliability,
7. DFT,
8. Yield Improvement,
9. Test Coverage Optimization.

Salary: $195,000 - $205,000 per year; Full-Time.
