We're seeking a skilled engineer to join our GenerativeAgent development team. You'll play a key role in building our new revolutionary product that automates over 90% of contact center interactions leveraging generative AI, introducing a new paradigm for contact centers.

In this role, you'll focus on developing core features for the GenerativeAgent product. You'll collaborate closely with our Product, Design, Modeling, and other Engineering teams in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features, emphasizing incremental value delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with our Research and Modeling teams to translate their work into production-ready solutions.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions that impact the entire GenerativeAgent product development.
  • Work closely with our Product and Delivery teams to ensure smooth GenerativeAgent deployments.
  • Continuously contribute to advancing our development by introducing new ideas, frameworks, technologies, or best practices and challenging the status quo.

What you'll need

  • Strong engineering and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Python, and desirable experience in either Java, Go, NodeJS, or another backend programming language.
  • Excellent architectural skills, with proven experience in designing complex software systems.
  • Experience working with distributed systems, cloud services (we use AWS), dockerized environments, and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
  • Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customers, demonstrating a willingness to make a meaningful impact on our clients.
  • A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
