We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will leverage your expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to optimize our development and operations processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software.
- Define and abide by stringent security standards
- Lead the design and implementation of elastically scalable solutions
- Build environments from the ground up with security and performance built-in
- Implement monitoring, metrics, and alerts
- Design for business continuity
- Firm understanding of building blocks of cloud infrastructure
- Observability, Security, Reliability, Performance, and Cost
- Work well in an Agile/Scrum environment, but also be responsive to urgent requests
- Maintain a high standard of work quality and encourage others to do the same
- Energetic individual with enthusiasm to learn new tools, technologies & processes
- Minimum 5-8 Years of Experience (Preferably from product setup)
- Experience building and supporting AWS architecture
- Experience with a streaming infrastructure (SQS / Kinesis)
- Experience with datastores: ElasticSearch, Postgresql, NoSQL
- Experience with auto-scalable microservices (AWS lambda)
- Experience with Terraform building AWS infrastructure
- Experience with AWS ECS
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Experience working with SAAS based FinTech
- Familiarity with JIRA is a plus
- OWASP experience
- IDS / IPS solutions Networking Experience
- Java/Groovy (Nice to have)
- Experience with Jenkins or similar CI tools
