Senior Director Module Process Engineer VII - (M7)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Service pull through of > 200mil per year and equipment pull through > 100mil per year and Value Engineering or > 50mil per year
• Upsell managed service using FV360 as benchmarking and discovery platform
• Manage team of > 4 managers and > 16 engineers to deliver managed service KPI
• Pitch FV services like Crossmatch, C2CM, Fleet optimizer, Process Optimizer, COO, PM2, Qual 1 , ECO365 analytics
• Target > 90% service renewal and tools warranty conversion for workstation with FV projects
• Drive AMT FV team to publish technical bulletin and patent file for technical breakthrough work
• Assist FV Asia cross region support to Singapore / Japan / China fabs where AMT skill-set can be impactful
• Collaborate with BD/ Sales to position FV as differentiation service to anchor renewal or upsell new contract  
• Collaborate with BU/SBU in WFE/CIF activities to secure new application market share or defect existing position
• Provide yield enhancement / productivity improvement platform to resolve customer HVP as part of FV managed services
