Our Team

Team works on a new product development machine for Lithography step for Advanced packaging. Presently tool we have introduced product at major semiconductor companies and working on next generation platform. Team in India works on core modules and owners for many modules. Team comprises of mechanical, electrical, electronics and software functions and also, we have a proto-lab for concept and feasibility approach.

Work with global team in Santa Clara, Taiwan, Japan and world-wide field customers.

Team was formed last 5 years, and Total India team size is 25. Team has many accolades and won many teams of the quarter awards.   Plan to scale to 40+ engineers in 2-3 years.

Your Opportunity

As Electrical Manager this role will have reporting 5-7 engineers (RFT’s and Contractors). Well mix of experienced and young engineers.

Growth seen in T shaped approach with both breadth (Capacity) and Depth ( Capability),

Roles and Responsibility

  • Seasoned Electrical Engineer who is aware of Electrical System design - design methodology, engineering, safety, and qualification and System Engineering mindset

  • Design electrical / electronic engineering assemblies, layouts / schematics, and detailed drawings

  • Preparing engineering specification documents, Test specs., interface with other BU engineering depts., software teams and manufacturing teams.

  • Designing of electrical control panels, interfacing & knowledge in various Power sources

  • Knowledge of AC schemes / PLC / IO Controllers / Sensors / Temp Controllers etc.

  • Documentation for product release

  • Perform engineering analysis on Field issues, Module Failures, reliability testing.

  • Interact with Field Engineers for resolution.

  • To work closely with overseas suppliers / contract manufacturers

  • Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical/electronic components/equipment.

  • Versed in architecture development for electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Leads and collaborates with local and global teams from specifications through design, procurement, testing, build, system startup and troubleshooting. Define, develop, and sustain product strategy and roadmap, and business processes. Provides management with updates pertaining to progress in specific programs and initiatives, and assures that information required in other functional areas is disseminated appropriately.

  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Hands on experience in Electronic, Electrical Hardware designs, capital equipment control panel designing. Knowledge in Semi, IEC, ANSI, NEC protocols / Standards Knowledge in UL / CE, Semi Safety requirements

Qualifications

Electrical major in B.Tech. / B.E. or M.Tech. / M.E.

Skills: 

Must have skills:

  • Very Good Communication and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Team Player

Good to have skills:

  • Experience in semiconductor or display manufacturing equipment industry preferred

  • Knowledge of lithography, metrology or inspection instruments preferred.

  • Working knowledge Teamcenter Engineering, SAP, Jira

  • AutoCAD, E3s, EPlan

  • Japanese language
