About you

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:  

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Develop and deploy data scraping using Python programming language, to collect data from various online sources efficiently.
• Proficiency with Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, or Selenium.
• Ability to analyze and visualize data using tools like Pandas, NumPy, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and DynamoDB to build scalable and reliable Python solutions.
• Experience working with API integration with AWS.
• Manage and analyze data sets obtained through web scraping, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code, with knowledge of design patterns and software testing.  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong technical leadership and guidance skills.
• Outstanding skills at interacting with people, both within the organization (from developers to senior management) and with customers/partners.
• Responsible, organized and hard working with excellent communication skills.
   

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: 

• Work with Product Management to take detailed story-driven requirements and implement them using Agile Test Driven techniques.
• Work in an organized team oriented environment with shared responsibilities.
• Develop documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Assist in automation projects to streamline data gathering and analysis processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define architecture, and implement solutions.
• Developing and deploying data scraping with the Python programming language, proficiently gathering data from diverse online sources.
