How will you make an impact in this role?

  • In this pivotal role as a Java Technical Lead, you will leverage your substantial expertise in Java/J2EE and various Java frameworks to lead the architectural and development efforts of our microservices communication via service-oriented architecture (SOA) and mesh routing.
  • Your deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, alongside ORM technologies with Spring Data JPA and Hibernate, will ensure the delivery of efficient and scalable data solutions.
  • You will drive the creation of RESTful APIs, documented with Swagger, and oversee the integration of frontend and backend services using frameworks like Angular, React, and Node.js.
  • Through your command of DevOps practices, and your commitment to code quality and rigorous testing, you will enhance the SDLC, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Your collaborative spirit will not only strengthen our internal teams but also ensure our products meet the high standards our clients expect.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
  • Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead.
  • Strong command of Java/J2EE and Java frameworks.
  • Experience with Spring frameworks (MVC, AOP, Security, Boot).
  • Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
  • Competency in Linux/Unix command-line tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with version control using Git.
  • Ability to develop and deploy microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in front-end development (Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience in creating and documenting RESTful APIs with Swagger.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (HBase/MapRDB, Cassandra).
  • Strong application of Java design patterns and OOP principles.
  • Proficient in XML parsing and automated testing practices.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and automation service design.
  • Ability to design ER models for infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with cross-technology integration, such as invoking scripts via Java.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading projects with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to continuous education and staying updated with industry standards and new technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and analytical thinking.
  • A track record of maintaining high coding standards, with an emphasis on code reviews and QA.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
