OUR TECH STACK
Backend: NodeJS with Typescript on ExpressJS with MongoDB as our database.
Frontend: Typescript with React.
Mobile: Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda)
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
Work closely with the QA and engineering teams to ensure full test coverage across all Aluna software projects.
Design and implement automated unit and integration tests for testing android, iOS, and web applications.
Improve, update and create automated test infrastructures
Review software requirements and software design specifications
Perform code reviews
Track defects and tasks using Jira
Collaborate with QA, ENG, Product, and Design as needed
Create documentation in Confluence as needed
Assist with identifying improvement opportunities and solutions (including but not limited to process, 3rd party software, custom tools, scheduling, prioritization)
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years hands on experience in software quality assurance automation associated with real time embedded software systems in HIPPA or other regulated software industry
Deep knowledge of embedded software testing (Black-box, White box), performance, stress and load testing, as required by the project
Proven record developing and executing software test protocols
Experience developing software unit tests for complex software modules from requirements and design documents
Experience developing test utilizing modern testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium etc)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self motivated, able to effectively work independently
Ability to review and analyze results of manual and automated test scripts
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative, agile team environment
Strong written, presentation and general communication skills
