About the position
Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Jr IT Support Engineer to join our IT team.
What you’ll do
- Provide technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or software
- Respond to queries, runs diagnostics programs, isolates problem and determine and implement solutions
- Conduct corporate training sessions
- Assist with onboarding - offboarding
- Maintain the daily performance of computer systems
- Help with maintaining IT asset/inventory management
- Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned
What you’ll bring
- Familiarity with Mac and PC Operating Systems
- Familiarity with GSuite and Google Admin
- Familiarity with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA
- Familiarity with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment
- Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (confluence, jira)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Computer and Printer Support
- New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software
- Familiarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of outlook may be required

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs). A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, internal pay equity, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
