We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our company's technology platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the infrastructure and systems that underpin our core product offerings.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
- Work with a team of platform engineers and developers to design, build, and maintain the company's technology platform
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand their needs and ensure that the platform meets their requirements
- Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in platform engineering to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Identify and resolve scalability and performance bottlenecks in the platform
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of the platform
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong experience with platform engineering and a solid understanding of the underlying technologies and architectures
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Strong experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools and methodologies
- Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
