The Manager, Marketing & Project Management will play a crucial role in supervising the implementation of marketing strategies aimed at patient recruitment, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering engagement across the Alcanza family of brands.

Key Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day tactical activities of the marketing team.
- Supervise the creation, approvals, and dissemination of marketing content through omni-channel marketing campaigns with the aim of substantially boosting the visibility and engagement of our brands, as well as enhancing participation in ongoing clinical trials, particularly within underrepresented populations.
- Manage marketing communication across various digital and analog marketing channels including web, social media, email, print media, etc.
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment team and liaise with sponsors for IRB approvals.
- Effectively work cross functionally to provide updates to recruitment and finance team.
- Assist with resource and budget optimization.
- Analyze data to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities or strategies.
- People management activities including timecards, absence tracking/approvals, new hire training, interviewing, performance appraisals, job description preparation, employee counseling, and career coaching, and termination meetings.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with the marketing team. Participate and, at times, present, to management, and at other internal or external meetings.
- Attend all relevant meetings to stay up to date with upcoming initiatives and priorities.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external clients to understand and meet their needs in line with company policies and procedures.
- Provide meaningful feedback to team members on a regular basis to help drive professional growth.
- Contribute tactical analyses to aid in the development of marketing strategies.
- Perform all other duties that may be requested or assigned.
- 10% travel as needed.
