Senior Software Engineer - Innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative software applications across various projects from data engineering to pharmaceutical manufacturing automation. 
• Work autonomously and in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and implement new features and technologies.
• Up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to drive continuous innovation within the team.

Knowledge and Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js, with the flexibility to adapt to and learn other programming languages as needed.
• Extensive experience with AWS or other cloud service providers, including but not limited to services like S3, Lambda, ECS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of self-direction and the capacity to drive projects to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively
