What you'll do:

• Drive the fundamental and applied research in ML/AI. Explore the boundaries of what is possible with the current technology set.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features by combining industry best practices and a first-principles approach to enhance our product management platform.
• Collaborate with our software engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our existing systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models, natural language processing pipelines, and computer vision algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Champion continuous improvement by evaluating emerging AI technologies and tools, and making informed recommendations to enhance our AI capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering successful AI-powered solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, Keras and Numpy.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and tools for AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, including data acquisition, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
