Director of Content and Software Program Management

Aescape is seeking a Director of Content and Software Program Management who will lead the program management team responsible for driving large, cross-functional programs. What You’ll Do 

As a Director of Content and Software Program Management at Aescape you will manage the SW and Content program management team who will drive large, cross-functional programs.

This requires partnering with engineering and product management to facilitate all aspects of projects: define, schedule, prioritize, track, proactively manage and communicate status of projects. You will lead efforts across teams representing multiple layers of the content development as well as other cross-functional partners including various parts of software engineering, hardware, product, design, marketing, and other organizations within and outside of Aescape. 

• Leading teams to deliver moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.

• Ensuring the team is executing on priority programs.

• Design, develope, and manage process for development of SW and Content programs that will scale with the company growth.

• Ensuring programs are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.

• Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure program plans deliver on intent.

• Partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive programs to completion.

• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.

• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts.

• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

• Display a passion for coaching and developing a teams through their leadership style.

• Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in engineering discipline.

• 10 years of Program Management experience.

• 8 years of People Management experience.

• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

• Critical thinker who seeks to understand the business and its control environment.
