Job Description

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager with experience in the demolition and installation of mechanical systems within building interiors in multiple buildings at a college campus in Nassau County, NY. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and document construction activities.
• Coordinate construction activities, commissioning, testing and inspection, regulatory agencies and utilities as required.
• Inspect if installations for compliance with specifications and quality standards, maintaining project documentation, interfacing with client, design consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Construction contractor pay application processing.
• Monitor construction contractor project safety compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with construction documentation such as submittals, RFI's, change order management, etc.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experienced in the use of project management tracking software.
• Ability to work independently.

• Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is: $116,000 - $180,000
