Position Summary:
This position is for Adobe Captivate Prime development team in Bangalore.  Adobe Captivate Prime is a world’s leading eLearning Platform in the fast growing market of eLearning.. 

The challenge:  We are looking for innovative and passionate full stack java developers with a strong interest & practical experience in designing & implementing user centric apps.

Responsibilities:
1.    Owning a feature from conception to delivery:
a.    Engage with customers and product management teams (co-located in Bangalore) to understand the need and design an innovative solution.
b.    Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis, research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the best-in-class and often next-in-class solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution.
3.    Writing use cases, preparing HLD, LLD, performance models, effort estimation and planning.
5.    Designing the feature, coding and stabilization of the feature.
2.    Handling non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks, memory errors, not just at the feature level but, analyses its impact at the solution level as well. 
3.    Participate in the evolution of best practices.
 
Requirements:
1.    4 - 10 years of experience in development using various Web technologies in client and server (e.g. React, Ember, Spring, Hibernate etc). 
2.    Experience on working on a middle to large sized web site.
3.    Working knowledge of current trends and technologies of client and server side
4.    Write solid, optimized, code in Java and Javascript that follows the best practices.

5. Working knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google cloud

6. Exposure to GenAI technologies
7.    Understanding of OO concepts.
8.    Good computer science fundamentals & deep data structures knowledge.
9.    Good problem solving skills.
10.    Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers, eager to explore new grounds in technology and user experience. 
11.    Display a readiness to walk “unchartered” territory with a deep sense of curiosity, appetite for risk and perseverance to solve problems.
