We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

At Adobe Podcast, we're building an AI-first web platform to let everyone create professional-level audio and video content without needing to be an expert. We’re a small, cross-functional team that combines the agility and innovation of a startup with the support and resources of an established leader in the world of creativity. With a focus on lean processes and minimal overhead, we're able to move quickly, bringing new features and improvements to our users at a rapid pace.

We're currently seeking a Senior Product Manager passionate about shipping innovative new products and remarkable user experiences. This role is ideal for self-starters who are adaptable and can combine data-driven insights with a well-developed sense of taste and intuition to make decisions and drive the product roadmap forward. This position offers the unique opportunity to join our New York-based collaborative team and work closely with an experienced product leader who has started multiple successful companies and products.

If you're interested in joining a team where impact is valued over process, Adobe Podcast is the right place for you.

What You'll Do

  • Create product roadmaps, write user stories, and prioritize weekly backlogs to guide engineering work.

  • Present to executives and leaders about upcoming releases and features, including defending those decisions when challenged.

  • Serve as the company-wide advocate and authority on AI Audio.

  • Engage with diverse partners – sales, marketing, services, operations, support, documentation, design, engineering – to help define and deliver the best customer journey.

  • Assist in driving field enablement activities, including the creation and delivery of presentation materials, demo assets and scripts, and webinars.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 6 years of experience in software product management.

  • Prior experience with web applications and services.

  • Experience working with creative software and developing AI/ML capabilities.

  • Experience in identifying new product opportunities and developing a vision.

  • Strong customer empathy and proven engagement with customers and partners to delight users.

  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. Outstanding interpersonal skills with both local and remote teams.

  • Ability to work in a team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starter.

  • Ability to rapidly prioritize, make decisions, and react to changing market dynamics. Knowing the sweet spot between “getting it done” and building a sustainable product.

  • Highly enthusiastic, creative, with an ambitious spirit and the desire to innovate.

  • Outstanding time management skills.
