Software Engineering Summer Internship

The Role

The ethos of the internship is to create a realistic project environment where you will work to solve real client problems. The Adarga internship therefore has three key objectives:

1. You will work on a project that is part of Adarga’s long-term product roadmap.

1. You will learn the best practices in Engineering, Data Science and ML (Machine Learning) Ops.

1. You will collaborate as part of team to develop the best possible solution.

Engineering Internships

You will be partnered with a Product team that is working on core features and deliverables for the company, you will be actively mentored by both the squad tech lead, other members of the team, and by a designated mentor. You will be paired with another Intern and together will be assigned a project for the duration of the 12 weeks. This includes giving you a specific set of deliverables and things that you will own and produce for your product team and Adarga.

Interview Process

• Getting to know you:

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit for Adarga. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

• Team Interview:

In this meeting, you will meet with your potential team members who will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. This is a chance for you to gain a better understanding of our Internship program.
