Our Academy Team

As a Junior eLearning Developer inside our Academy team you will play an important role in developing high-value training programs for the customers and partners of Accruent. Your primary focus will be on developing multimedia enhanced learning elements that will be included in our high-end training modules.

With your can-do attitude, you will be able to deliver high-quality material at a good pace, while working closely with other eLearning Developers within the eLearning Development team. You will be partnering closely with project owners to learn our Academy standard operating procedures and keep content consistent, relevant, and updated.

Your efforts ensure that the content, associated media, and interface all work seamlessly, to provide the learner a valuable learning experience. You will work with storyboards or scripts and production-ready content for video or web-based interactive training programs. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the quality of audio, video, images, and interactions of the learning elements is consistent with our World Class Academy standards.

How you'll make a difference

• eLearning Development: video demonstrations, software simulations, text-based lectures.
• Work on Academy goals and personal development

You'll stand out if you

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Multimedia Design or similar
• Have great communication skills and are proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Are an organised and proactive self-starter, who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience with editing multimedia content like audio, video, and images such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, Camtasia (or similar). Experience with eLearning development is preferred.
• Have basic experience with Articulate 360 (basic experience or able to learn)
• Have experience with Project /time management.
