Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) technology. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems for clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in the development and configuration of software systems using SAP GRC technology. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software systems for clients. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) technology. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading a team of developers. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools related to software development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in project management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) technology. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
