Summary: As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve leading the development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. - Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. - Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in PeopleSoft Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software product development, software architecture, and software engineering. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to design, develop and enhance software assets. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Experience in software project management, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
