Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in diverse technologies, methodologies, and processes to support a client, project, or entity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Spring Boot, applying knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. - Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage, including experience with Java, Python, and Cloud Automation DevOps. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have 5 years of software development and design experience in one or multiple programming languages like java, python, Java Script/Type Script/Node.js - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, tools. - Hands on experience on one or more Public Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) - Proficient in building and consuming APIs, Docker/Container/Kubernetes. - Experience in CI/CD/GitHub Actions/IaC via Terraform & Deployment lifecycle. - Experience in GitHub Actions/Artifactory/Prisma - Experience working in Agile environment and Platform development experience will be a plus. - Experience in designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
