Project Role : Software Development Engineer
Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills : Advanced Embedded System Engineering

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Key Responsibilities: a. Utilize software design and development skills in a role focused on Powertrain Methods/Tools Development. b. Understand and apply structured, iterative, and agile software development processes. c. Lead a small team technically, setting schedules to meet established objectives. d. Independently determine courses of action, executing them through the team. e. Preferably, have exposure to the scrum master role and establishing continuous integration environments. Technical Experience: 1. 3 to 4 years of experience in software design and development. 2. Proficiency in Core Java, Matlab, OOAD, RDBMS, Swings, Servlets, RCP, Data Structure, SQL, and Junit. 3. Hands-on design skills and the ability to communicate designs through UML diagrams. 4. Good exposure to best practices in coding, design patterns, and UML design. 5. Experience in configuration management using SVN, GIT, Stash, etc. 6.Familiarity with the Automobile Domain, Calibration tools, and ASAM standards is preferred. Professional Attributes: a. Excellent communication skills. b. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. c. Ability to lead a small team and set schedules effectively. Additional Information: Knowledge of the German language and culture is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or Instrumentation Engineering.
