Summary: As an Infrastructure Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of infrastructure services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of projects. - Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project outcomes. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, and other ITSM tools. - Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful infrastructure projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
