Roles and Responsibilities/Accountabilities 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work with Client account teams to provide subject matter expertise and solution support for important client proposals and RFP responses.  

• Develop thought capital around Industry specific solutions 

• Be responsible for delivering on various predictive and prescriptive analytics- based consulting assignment as part of one team focusing on the India Market. 

Experience Required- Must Have 

• Previous experience in client facing role. 

• Overall upto 1-3 years of Analytics experience 

• At least two years of project management experience in Analytics. 

• Proven experience in having delivered actionable Analytics to businesses with measurable results on consistent basis 

• Ability to structure, solution and sell Analytics engagements focusing on both the functional and technical aspects of business. 

• Experience in extracting, aggregating, structuring large volumes of customer/Transaction level data is a must 

• Strong understanding of various statistical techniques like, regression including logistic and OLS, clustering, optimization, Monte Carlo simulation, classification and forecasting techniques. 

• Experience in machine learning techniques (neural net, SVM, association rules, random forest etc.) is a strong plus point. 

• Experience in having used Social media data, unstructured data, text analytics would be an added advantage  

• Strong skills using predictive modeling tools like SAS (Base, EG, E Miner others), R, Python, etc. Data Management skills using SQL, Hive, noSQL etc. 

• High proficiency to operate in the advanced Big Data Environment & possess skills on Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Scala, PySpark, Apache, impala, noSQL, Hbase, HDFS, Pig, MapReduce, Yarn, Oozie, Pig 

• SAS Tools: Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS BI, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Anti Money Laundering, SAS Web report Studio, SAS Information delivery portal, SAS Dashboard.   

• Data science: Machine learning algorithms development in SAS, R, Rcharts, Data Analytics, Data mining. 

• Data Warehousing & ETL Tools: Business Intelligence, SAS DI Studio, FACT & Dimensions tables, Physical & logical data modeling. SSIS, Data Stage, Business Objects / Informatica BDM /Discoverer 2000/ Oracle Express 

• Database Languages: SAS, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Hive, Impala 

• Exposure to working in globally distributed workforce environment including offshore model.  

• Strong functional and analytic skills to identify potential business problems and translate business requirements into tactical analytical requirements 

• Experience in resolving complex data issues in creative and effective ways. High self-motivation for success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  

• Able to solution architect with project teams and lead large delivery teams  

• Strong people management skills both at client site and an offshore environment 

• UX & UI Design - UX and IA design solutions 

• Ability to summarize the essence in speech & in written communication 

• Ability to write ‘Mutually exclusive & collectively exhaustive’ text 

• Ability to connect with clients and Accenture team informally 

Ability to negotiate at a tactical level articulating pros and cons and recommending a mutually beneficial course of action
