Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functioning of the systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles. - Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management. - Experience in working with databases and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
