Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft SQL Server and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft SQL Server. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development effort. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong understanding of application development best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. - Experience with source control tools such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
