Summary: Shopify Technical Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-commerce websites on the Shopify platform. One should possess strong understanding of Shopify development, front-end technologies, and e-commerce best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Front-End Development: a Customize and implement Shopify themes and templates to meet design and functionality requirements. b Ensure a responsive and seamless user experience across various devices and browsers. 2. Back-End Development: a Develop custom Shopify apps and features to enhance website functionality. b Integrate third-party applications and APIs as needed. 3. Code Quality and Maintenance: a Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. b Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. c Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain website performance. 4. Collaboration: a Collaborate with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements. b Work closely with the project management team to meet project deadlines and milestones. 5. Testing: a Conduct thorough testing of Shopify solutions to identify and fix bugs or issues. b Ensure the security and stability of e-commerce websites. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Vue.js, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. - In-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform, Liquid programming language, and Shopify APIs. - Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and industry trends. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5-6 years of experience in eCommerce websites implementation and possess deep understanding of the Shopify platform, e-commerce best practices, and a proven track record of successful Shopify implementations.
