Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Your typical day will involve working with AEM Sites, Java Enterprise Edition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain AEM Sites-based applications using Java Enterprise Edition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize AEM Sites components, templates, workflows, and dialogs to meet business needs. - Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of AEM Sites-based applications by implementing best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with RESTful web services and APIs. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
