Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Test Management, ensuring the quality of the applications developed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues in software applications. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Test Management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools. - Ensure the quality of software applications by conducting functional, regression, and performance testing. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Test Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Automation Testing using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools. - Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing. - Experience in identifying and resolving defects and issues in software applications. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
