Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Micro Focus LoadRunner. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Business requirement gathering – workload, throughput, SLA’s 2 Developing the Test Plan Strategy, Test plan and Performance reports. 3 Developing/Enhancing the scripts using LoadRunner using different LR protocols 4 Design Test Scenarios 5 Manages HP LoadRunner script design, development, inventory 6 Execute Performance test like stress, volume, load, capacity, long duration, failover tests 7 Performance Tuning, Error Analysis & Publishing Test Results 8 Monitoring the tests and analyze the performance issues make recommendations on how to fix the issues 9 Defect tracking and follow up with required stakeholders. Organize and conduct defect triage meeting. 10 Should have strong experience in all phases of performance test life cycle. 11 Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 12 Ability and initiative to work independently. 13 Excellent verbal and written and listening communication skills. Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Good to have experience in Load Runner 12.62 , jmeter, SOAPUI/RestClient, HP SiteScope, Dyna trace, Quest Foglight,Unix/Linux/Solaris/Windows,Adobe experience manager, DevOps pipeline, Jenkins, Github and Websphere/Portal/Tomcat/Axway 2 Must Have at least 6 years of experience in performance testing with at least 5 years in writing Performance scripts in LoadRunner 3 Ability to define and drive the performance test approach and methodology for extensive enterprise web solutions 4 Experience in identifying and analyzing performance test requirements and results to understand level of risk 5 Proficient in Load runner scripting with different protocol like Http, HTML, Web Service, Tru-Client, Citrix, etc. 6 Strong knowledge in developing and analyzing performance issues. 7 Strong troubleshooting skills 8 Proficient in using monitoring tools like Foglight, nmon, Splunk, Sitescope, JMeter, IBM ISA tools for GC and Heap analysis, Wireshark, etc., 9 Comfortable with the operating systems:  LINUX, UNIX, WINDOWS and associated performance counters and navigation 10 Experience in writing Unix shell scripting is a plus Comfortable with Web Services/API testing tools like SOAP UI & Rest Client 11 Familiarity with Application servers like Websphere, Weblogic & Tomcat 12 Knowledge in Load testing on Azure cloud platform 13 Knowledge of Adobe experience manager is a plus 14 Basic knowledge of office tools like Word and excel 15 Excellent interpersonal skills 16 Excellent communication skills 17 Be able to drive/display ownership/proactive behavior 18 Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. 19 Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance. Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts Additional Information: 1 The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. 2 The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. 3 This position is based at our Chennai office.
