Must have Skills : Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Good to Have Skills : No Function Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Resource will be responsible for driving Business Continuity Management requirements within GBS 2 Strong understanding of Business continuity/Resiliency risk 3 Conduct independent resiliency risk reviews and identify control, with primary focus on operational and technology processes 4 Experience in managing quality and control metrics through strong outlier management, identifying core issues and helping to develop strong action plans Technical Experience : 1 Must have experience in Business Continuity Planning BCP 2 Good to have experience in managing business continuity within an organization 3 Good to have Exposure to Risk management and banking sector 4 Good to have Effective Excel and Power point presentation skills Professional Attributes : Analytical thought process Good Communication skills Written/Verbal Flexibility towards shift extension willingness to Learn and Adapt strong analytical/problem solving skills Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of education with Graduation/ Post Graduation
