Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and incidents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security model. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
