Job Description:

• Work with customer, sales and marketing personnel to develop and replicate high impact applications for CMP/backend solution/ Transport

• Identify the best 3M solution for an application by thoroughly understanding the customer need, testing and analyzing results. Communicate results to customers through written reports and presentations.

• Provide launch support for new product programs by generating supporting documentation, demonstration tools, videos and training materials.

• Define and communicate product performance to customer specifications.

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs and competition in assigned market focused areas and provide “voice of customer”, new product ideas and competitive analysis.

• Utilize general CAD and other analysis softwares, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with our product development team to perform simulations and optimize product performance.

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and externally.

• Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline from an accredited university

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Application Engineering or Technical Service

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Chemical Mechanical Planarization/Polishing.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience on Semiconductor backend process.

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design, and analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to work with customers globally

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and data analysis

• Cross functional effectiveness

• Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize and work on multiple tasks

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skill

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, positive attitude, and committed to delivering results.
