UX/UI Product Manager

We are hiring creative, passionate, and driven UX/UI Product Manager to join our UX Design and Research team. As a Product Manager, you will take responsibility for helping oversee the development of our Sales Prototypes. You will be leading and managing a team of front-end developers, and will work closely with our UX design teams, and other software developers to identify new features, product capabilities, and interactions that can be simulated to highlight the best features of our products. These prototypes help our sales teams to demonstrate features that are currently in development, but not released to customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with product marketing to oversee the development a prioritized backlog of key features and product capabilities for the sales demonstrations.
• Create and maintain a simulation dashboard to initiate interactions and trigger features.
• Work with development team to ensure UI components are reusable, and assist in visual testing efforts to ensure design quality is maintained.
• Collaborate with design team to support and contribute to UX design standards.
• Champion accessibility as a core part of front-end code development.
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to mentor and train on front-end best practices.
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1. Minimum 5 year+ years of experience working with R&D UX/UI development projects
2. Strong technical communication skills 
3. Experience leading a team of front-end developers
