Engineering Manager

OVERVIEW

This position can be based out of San Francisco or New York City.

Join us as an Engineering Manager in our Payments organization, where you'll spearhead a newly formed team dedicated to optimizing bank integrations and serving enterprise-level clients. With a focus on scaling operations, you'll craft and execute a technical strategy to expand our integration coverage, crucial for meeting the evolving needs of our upmarket clientele. Your leadership will be critical to how we approach new bank integrations and customer implementations, enabling us to capture more customers more efficiently while continuing to maintain high customer satisfaction.

As an engineering leader of this team, you will…

• Collaborate with partners across our customer success and operations teams to lower the overhead & decrease the time required to implement a customer post-sale,

• Drive product improvements within our operator platform,

• Develop novel approaches to replicating and scaling Modern Treasury’s bank integration technology,

• Craft a roadmap and strategy to deliver operator efficiency with greater leverage over time,

• Be responsible for the timely delivery of integration and implementation projects,

• And, define metrics & create visibility for stakeholders & senior leadership around our overall implementation & integration life-cycle.

We’re looking for a technical leader with a track record of creative problem solving to tackle varied engineering problems such as operational inefficiencies and process improvements. You’ll succeed if you have strong skill set around planning and stakeholder management paired with a deep technical competency. Ideally you have a background in Payments, Banking products and / or FinTech especially in servicing mid-market & enterprise customers.
