About the Role.

We are looking to Hire a software engineer/developer to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with the required Programming language. They are a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Able to design, develop and implement the Required applications. (Ex: Java / C++ / .Net)

• Provide technical expertise in support of application development.

• Strong understanding of the technical ecosystem.

• Perform necessary configuration and performance tuning.

• Contribute towards automation for QA.

• Fast learner who can contribute from day one.

• Adamant about writing quality, reusable, and performant code.

• Proven record with enterprise level problems working in scalable applications.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Well versed in the required Technical Skills.

• Strong knowledge of web development, including REST & Spring Boot Java Dependency Injection.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.

• Experience with unit testing framework such as Junit/Jest/mocha.

• Demonstrated experience in SQL and data modelling skills.

• Deep problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements using appropriate design patterns.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good to have experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability.

• Good to have experience in e-commerce development.

• Experience building data-driven web applications with modern web technologies and framework libraries like React, Redux etc.

• Experience in Automation – Selenium Framework.
